Our Promise to Ensure Your Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We provide a flexible return policy, allowing you to assess your purchase within 14 days or 250 miles from delivery. This gives you ample time to decide if you wish to return or exchange the product.
Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us by email before 5 PM PDT on the 14th day of receiving your item. Please note that the delivery date is considered Day 0.
Return Criteria
We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered, damaged, or modified in any way. Also, items used as loan collateral (encumbered items) are ineligible for return.
